Let's be honest, I thought this week was going to be one without a post as the world is... depressing. However that funk reminded me of how useful my hobbies are on a day to day basis, so I decided to share.

Remember the summer of 2008? The fresh hell that was the Global Financial Crisis? I do. 12 years ago this week, I was getting off the ferry in Dublin with my cat, a couple of suitcases and my 6 days old Master's degree in Employment law.

This is the story of my first 3 years in my job, how I started as the In-house Recruiter, all the way to quietly running the show in the background.
